🔄 Return & Refund Policy – SKYMOON 🌙

At SKYMOON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read below for our return and refund guidelines.

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required when requesting a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

🔄 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at 📧 info@skymoonshop.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Return the item to us using the provided instructions. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  4. Refund or Exchange: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

🚛 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or contact us for assistance.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide a photo of the issue.

  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

🏷️ Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process.

🚚 Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Processing times may be longer during busy seasons.
